Refund Policy

Due to the customized and highly specialized nature of our consulting services, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. In the event a project is paused or terminated by the client, any unused portion of prepaid services may be credited toward future engagements, at our discretion. All discussions regarding fees, refunds, or credits remain confidential.
